Week 2 Wrapup & Week 3 kickoff

No, I'm not dead, and no, I most certainly did NOT give up!

In the rush to pack and leave on time, I neglected to post that I was leaving for vacation. Ten days on a beautiful island in the Great Lakes.

I'll keep the Week 2 wrapup simple: I was able to stay on track and have cut my caffeine consumption down significantly. A nice side-result is that I've returned to a sleep pattern that's at least a little more normal. (Though I way overslept today - exhausted from the drive home that was almost twice as long as it needed to be.)


Week 3 is giving me something of an issue. I'm preparing to move, and I don't want to commit to something that I'll have trouble accomplishing in the fury of packing, viewing rental properties, and trying to stay on top of my schoolwork anyway.

I've decided this time to settle on nutrition. My eating habits are weird, and really not all that grand, but I'm not ready to tackle them while I have the kitchen half-packed for moving.

Instead, I'm going to start by taking a multi-vitamin every day. It's simple, and it's certain to be at least a little beneficial. I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't always manage to eat balanced meals throughout the day.


Now, it's off to get things organized since I'm back in town. Schoolwork did not wait for me, so I have a bit of catching up to do...
